Visual Status provides AI-powered image generation services to create professional Instagram profile content. Our service generates lifestyle photographs based on user-provided images.

• Not use the service to create misleading or fraudulent content

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. Generated images are provided to you with full commercial usage rights. You may use the generated images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use on social media platforms.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before service delivery. Due to the immediate nature of our AI generation service, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure or service unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visual Status shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
